This Power BI project analyzes business performance using an interactive dashboard. The report highlights key KPIs such as:
- Total Sales & Profit
- Region-wise Performance
- Top Products by Revenue
- Monthly Sales Trend
- Customer Segment Analysis
The dashboard contains slicers for easy filtering and uses DAX to calculate metrics. Dataset was cleaned & modeled before visualization.
